Welcome to Less Lonely. By using our mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Less Lonely.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 13 or older, that you can form a binding contract with Less Lonely, and that you are not barred from using the Services under the laws of Viet Nam or any other applicable jurisdiction.

However, by posting content, you grant Less Lonely a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with providing the Services.

Our Content: Except for user content, the Services and all materials therein (including software, images, text, graphics, logos, and patents) are the exclusive property of Less Lonely. You agree not to copy, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from our content.

7. Termination and Suspension

WE DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LESS LONELY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Viet Nam, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
